Humlan Djojj
In Parken Zoo, there is room for both play and learning. This summer, the youngest visitors will meet a character who, in a short time, has become a favourite with families with young children across the Nordic region – Humlan Djojj.
THE PERFORMANCES
During the summer, Humlan Djojj performs a children's show several times a day on the Lilla Zoo stage. Here, children can really meet Djojj through music, stories, and interaction, making the experience both lively and memorable.
WHO IS DJOJJ?
Through his audiobooks and songs, which collectively reach over 500,000 listens each day, Djojj has taken children on journeys through nature's magic. Here, stories of friendship, curiosity, and courage are woven together with important themes concerning the environment and life in nature.
Screenwriter
Djojj is also a character that many children can relate to. He is sometimes shy, sometimes cautious but curious enough to still dare to go on adventures. This makes him a companion who both mirrors and strengthens children's own feelings. ”I want Djojj to create an opportunity to talk to children about the environment in a fun and imaginative way, without it being scary, says Staffan Götestam.
Welcome to Lilla Zoo's stage!
Beyond providing entertainment for families with children, Djojj's World aims for something greater. It sparks children's curiosity about nature and helps to foster empathy for all the creatures that live there. In an environment like Parken Zoo, where encounters with animals and nature are central, Djojj becomes a natural bridge between experience and understanding. Here, imagination is given free rein, while important thoughts are allowed to take root.
Performances are held between 16 June and 16 August* at 11:00, 13:00, 15:00 and 16:00 on the stage at Lilla Zoo.
