Little Zoo is HUGE
Welcome to a woolier, bouncier and ticklier world for all little animal lovers. Lilla Zoo was expanded in 2018 to become one of Sweden's largest domestic animal parks with an area equivalent to three football pitches! Here, children can come home to the animals and learn more about their lives, needs and body language. Meet Mellerud rabbits, guinea pigs, miniature pigs, miniature horses, geldings, good sheep and goats. Lilla Zoo is fun, interactive and educational - for young and old!
Home to many amazing domestic animals, Lilla Zoo is one of our most important places to visit. Here, all animal lovers can enter the animals' home on the animals' terms. Together with zoo staff, you can learn more about animal body language and how to respect the animals. The animals are curious and a tip is that they prefer to get close to people who are calm and careful when moving around the animals' home.
