A winner will be drawn through a public draw during our opening ceremony at the Folkpark stage on 22 May at 17:00.

How long is the season ticket price valid?
During Black Month, from October 23 to November 30, 2026, you will receive 40 % discounts on the season tickets for 2027.
When can we start using the card?
The card is valid during Halloween at Parken Zoo from October 24 to 31, 2026, and during the 2027 season.
How do we get our cards?
You will receive a confirmation email with your purchase. For visits during Halloween from October 24 to 31, 2026, use the QR code in the confirmation email. Closer to the start of the season in 2027, you will receive a separate email with links to activate your season tickets and make them personal.
How does the car raffle work?
The winner will be chosen via a public and random draw among qualifying season ticket numbers at Parken Zoo's season opening on 22 May 2027.
To ensure a transparent and correctly conducted draw, it will be witnessed and verified by elected representatives from Eskilstuna Municipality as well as representatives from Serrander Bil i Eskilstuna AB and Parken Zoo. The car prize is tax-free for the winner in accordance with current Swedish tax rules.
Can you give away your season ticket?
Yes, that's fine! Via the activation link as you get closer to the start of the season you fill in details and add a personal photo for the person who is going to use the card. This means you can buy cards for the whole family and then distribute the digital cards to the right person!
What age limits apply to Parken Zoo's various tickets and season passes?
From the day the child turns 3 years old, they need a ticket or an annual pass for children aged 3–12 to visit Parken Zoo.
From the day the child turns 13, they need an adult ticket or adult season pass to enter the park.
Children aged 0–2 years go in free of charge.
The same age rule applies to the senior ticket and senior season pass.
Senior price applies from the day you turn 65.
Things to consider when buying an annual pass
If you buy a season ticket for the upcoming season, it can be a good idea to bear in mind whether the child turns 3 or 13 during the year.
After the birthday, the child needs to have a season ticket that corresponds to the new age category. It is not possible to upgrade a season ticket during the current season.
