With all Kitchens and restaurants within Eskilstuna Municipality shall be KRAV-certified and thus also our restaurants, yesterday a training session was held for all permanent staff at Parken Zoo on organic food production and what it entails.
Our aim is for all restaurants to be certified according to our requirements, and in 2015 we will begin with two of our restaurants. We have also removed all palm oil from our food and are looking for more environmentally friendly alternatives for ice cream, sweets, and pastries.
