On Sunday, several people reacted to an injured beaver at Strömsholmen in Eskilstuna. Veterinarian Marek Goczkowski went to collect the beaver and found that it was badly injured, probably by some kind of debris from the bottom of the river. He anaesthetised it, cleaned the wounds and administered antibiotics and anti-inflammatories. The beaver has recovered well and today he was released again.
